This blog is about Faith Moves. I picked that name because everything we do from here on out, we’re doing by faith. I have blogged off and on about life in general for years, but this will be my first year blogging about my faith, marriage, and dreams of starting a family. My husband and I are moving. We’re relocating in less than two months, and will be doing ministry and whatever else the Lord directs us to put our hands to. We have been on an incredible journey since the moment we met. We met at church, became friends, and bonded over The Bible, courted old school style, and then married in October of 2013. Over the three years that we’ve known each other, we’ve walked through a lot of personal struggles together and apart. My health has just been crazy! In the first month of our marriage I found out I was pregnant, shortly after the 2-month mark I miscarried it was a hard thing to get through, but it gave me hope because before then I didn’t even think I could get pregnant. I found an amazing team of doctors and was diagnosed with PCOS and prescribed Metformin and Clomid… the Clomid came first, though. After 6 or 7 rounds I knew it was time to quit all the medical intervention and just trust God. Currently, I am working on changing my diet so I can stop taking Metformin.
